Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Southern region of Pakistan, specifically Karachi-based, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT). This key position will focus on enhancing sales operations, developing regional strategies, managing field teams, and establishing strong trade relationships to ensure alignment with company sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits: Includes a company-maintained car, fuel, and incentives.
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Salary: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month.
Location: In person.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
