Job Description
1AZ0 MARKETING is seeking an Entry-Level Call Center Agent to handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate service information, route calls, document interactions per SOPs, escalate issues when needed, and perform follow-ups.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of call center experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong customer service knowledge, excellent listening, verbal, and written communication, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Details: Full-time or part-time positions available. Compensation up to Rs40,00/month. On-site work in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Fluent English required.
