Job Description
5 Star Innovations Pvt. Limited is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Support Agent (Night Shift) to serve US-based clients in Wapda Town, Lahore. Schedule: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Salary: Rs. 50,00–60,00/month. Minimum six months’ experience supporting the US market required.
- Responsibilities: manage inbound/outbound calls, email and chat; maintain customer records; coordinate with internal teams; achieve KPIs.
- Qualifications: excellent spoken and written English, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, willingness to work night shifts; basic CRM knowledge preferred.
