Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Team Lead to oversee billing operations, ensure accurate claim submission, manage denials, and optimize the revenue cycle. The lead will supervise and train billing staff, monitor key performance indicators, collaborate with clinical and finance teams, and implement process improvements to improve cash flow and compliance.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, EOB interpretation, payer rules, and billing/EHR software
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills
