Job Description
TJ Global Services is excited to announce an open position for an Admin and HR Manager for our international client. This is a full-time role, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 9 PM Pakistan time.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional spoken English proficiency (British or American accent preferred)
- Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Master’s Degree
- A minimum of 1 year of international Admin/HR experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily recruitment of employees
- Conducting interviews
- Completing necessary paperwork
- Collaboration with operations and sales teams
- Candidate vetting and screening
- Document verification
- Assessing training needs and maintaining records
- Reporting to upper management
Salary: Rs75,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
