Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is excited to announce an opening for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will execute targeted outreach on LinkedIn to develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and professional contacts. Key responsibilities include crafting personalized messages, conducting follow-ups, and scheduling interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build targeted lists utilizing Boolean search techniques and filters.
- Send personalized connection requests and direct messages.
- Implement follow-up strategies to improve response rates.
- Coordinate scheduling of interviews.
- Maintain lead tracking in CRM or ATS systems.
- Generate reports on response metrics and pipeline status.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Excel.
