Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is currently looking for a dedicated Senior IT Support Officer to strengthen our IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Windows client operating systems. Daily responsibilities will include providing user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing the latest techniques for efficient laptop and desktop deployments. Additionally, the role involves managing IT inventory and configuring both network and local printers.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities. A graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, accompanied by a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
