Job Description
Venus Group is excited to announce an opening for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, supporting payroll procedures, and overseeing HR operations via HCM/CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing.
- Leverage Flow HCM/CRM systems to optimize HR operations.
- Adopt and implement modern HR tools and practices.
- Support adherence to HR policies and compliance initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with management to address staffing needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations and payroll management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
