Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings and updates on eCommerce platforms.
- Coordinate order processing, handle returns, and address customer inquiries.
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and discounts.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely product updates.
- Support reporting and analysis of sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience in eCommerce or online business.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with online marketplaces.
- A passion for digital retail and eagerness to learn new tools.
