Job Description
We are in search of a visionary and dynamic CEO to spearhead SHADES OF ZARA. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the company’s vision and mission while developing an annual growth strategy. You will oversee all department heads, including Production, E-commerce, Marketing, and Finance.
Ideal candidates must possess extensive experience in fashion manufacturing and e-commerce operations, demonstrating proven skills in scaling businesses and leading teams. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and a strong background in financial planning are essential.
This is a full-time, 11-month contract position with a starting salary of Rs 100,00.00 per month. Employment will be in-person.
