Job Description
Garmor Corporation is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to enhance our team. The selected candidate will oversee the recruitment process, maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance and payroll, facilitate onboarding for new hires, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance tracking and payroll processing.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
