Job Description
Bilal Consultancy Ltd is looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Assistant to address our technology requirements. In this role, you will support school faculty and students with Google Workspace management, maintain computer labs, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee the campus security camera systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Google Admin Console and oversee user accounts.
- Assist in computer lab maintenance and software installations.
- Install and monitor CCTV systems throughout the campus.
- Provide general IT support to staff and students.
Qualifications:
- Fundamental knowledge of computers and networking.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Minimum educational requirement: Diploma in an IT-related field.
