Job Description
Indus Motor is on the lookout for an experienced and highly skilled candidate to fill the position of Manager in our Manufacturing Division. The successful applicant should have 8-10 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance systems, managing PLCs and instrumentation, overseeing spare parts management, leading continuous improvement initiatives using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean manufacturing practices, and enhancing our Training Center.
Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial, Electronics, or Instrumentation, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
