Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a renowned telecommunications company, is seeking motivated Banking Helpline Agents to enhance our customer service team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming customer calls.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Efficiently process customer orders and payments.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month (incentives based on performance)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is essential.
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience in the banking sector (Customer Service Representative).
- Experience with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns is a plus.
