Job Description
Agahe Pakistan is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Area Manager for our Microfinance operations across various districts, including Okara, Pakpattan, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Multan, Muzafargarh, Khanewal, Layyah, Rajanpur, Kasur, and Vehari.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee loan disbursement verification.
- Conduct recovery visits and facilitate meetings.
- Ensure adherence to business quality and policies.
- Monitor team performance while resolving conflicts.
- Perform periodic compliance checks related to AML/CFT.

Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs150,00.00, commensurate with experience.
