Job Description
Mars Junction, a subsidiary of Mars BPO PVT LTD, is seeking a dedicated IT Assistant for our Gulzar-e-Quaid branch in Rawalpindi. This full-time night shift role is crucial for the smooth operation of our BPO services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and maintain workstations and networking systems.
- Install and manage operating systems as well as industry-specific software.
- Implement system security measures and data backup protocols.
- Provide real-time technical support to staff members.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO IT environment, strong hardware and networking expertise, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
