Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Immigration Adviser to aid clients with their immigration needs related to studying, working, and obtaining permanent residency abroad. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with accurate guidance on immigration laws and policies for Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Evaluate client eligibility for various visa types and suggest appropriate immigration pathways.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to the appropriate authorities.
- Stay informed about updates to immigration laws and policies.
- Advise clients on compliance requirements throughout the immigration process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
