Winnors is excited to invite fresh candidates to join our dedicated calling team as Night Shift Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will engage with U.S.-based prospects, follow a structured script, and transfer interested callers to senior sales agents. No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to U.S.-based prospects.
- Follow the provided script diligently.
- Transfer interested callers to senior sales agents.
- Maintain basic records of calls.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
Shift & Benefits:
Full-time position from 7 PM to 7 AM PKT, featuring a competitive salary, commissions, and performance incentives.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
