Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage emails, calendar, and phone calls.
• Prepare detailed meeting notes and actionable items.
• Assist in drafting proposals and official correspondence.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in an executive administrative role.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Google Workspace.
• Availability to work UK hours (1:00 PM to 9:30 PM).
