Job Description
Shafi&Sons is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, the HR Assistant will be responsible for various administrative and HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, offering payroll support, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience (including internships). Essential qualifications include strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
