Job Description
Ali Enterprise LLC seeks professional, customer-focused female candidates for a full-time, in-person Call Center Agent (night shift). Schedule: Mon–Fri 9:00 PM–6:00 AM; Sat 10:00 PM–5:00 AM. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs75,00/month.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls; resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records, follow scripts, and escalate issues as required
- Meet performance targets and perform reliably under pressure
