Job Description
You will join Bukhari HR Consultancy’s client in Islamabad as an Outbound Sales Agent. Onsite at Soan Garden, shift 6 PM–3 AM. Fast-paced role focused on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn support, and booking appointments with US/Canada prospects. Daily duties include high-volume outbound calls, follow-up emails, lead qualification using scripts, scheduling meetings, updating CRM, and meeting weekly KPIs. Requirements: excellent English, BPO experience, exposure to US/Canadian campaigns, comfortable with cold calling and objections, familiar with dialers and CRMs, reliable and target-oriented. Full-time. Salary Rs40,00–50,00 per month. Work location: in person.
