Job Description

Jobizon HR Solutions are looking for a skilled Truck Dispatcher with direct experience working on the Amazon Load Board. Our operation works closely with Amazon to move freight across the United States, and we need someone who understands how Amazon loads work, knows the rhythm of the board, and can keep trucks moving efficiently.

*Responsibilities:

* Manage and dispatch trucks using the Amazon Load Board

* Book, assign, and monitor Amazon loads across multiple lanes

* Communicate with drivers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery

* Track load progress and troubleshoot issues as they come up

* Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and schedules

* Coordinate with Amazon support when needed

* Optimize routes to maximize revenue and reduce downtime

*Requirements:

* Proven experience dispatching Amazon loads (mandatory)

* Strong understanding of Amazon Relay workflows and compliance

* Ability to multitask and manage several trucks at once

* Reliable communication skills with drivers and Amazon reps

* Familiarity with U.S. lanes, freight patterns, and scheduling

* Attention to detail and steady problem-solving mindset

*Preferred:

* Experience working with small fleets or owner-operators

*Basic knowledge of ELD systems and transportation regulations
