Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily market visits to meet existing and potential customers.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely coordination with the warehouse team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relations with existing ones.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree will be a plus).
- Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Should have good knowledge of local market routes and customers.
- Must be willing to travel daily for market visits.

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
