Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Trials Quality Assurance Associate to ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations across clinical studies. The role performs audits, monitors corrective actions, reviews trial documentation, conducts root‑cause analyses, and supports quality systems to maintain inspection readiness. The associate will collaborate with study teams to drive process improvements and consistent adherence to standards.
- 1–3 years in clinical research quality assurance
- Practical knowledge of ICH‑GCP and regulatory requirements
- Experience with CAPA and root‑cause analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
