Job Description
Incotec Industries is seeking a full-time, in-person Sales Manager based in Islamabad. Candidates should have 3–5 years of sales experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred) and a bachelor’s or master’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred).
- Lead regional sales efforts, develop strategies and drive business growth.
- Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends and coordinate orders.
- Prepare monthly reports, mentor junior staff and ensure target achievement.
- Proven sales record, strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills; analytical and target-driven; proficient in MS Office & CRM; own conveyance required.
