Job Description

Partners in Development (PID), a leading engineering consulting firm, seeks a Business Development Assistant with 5–10 years of experience in preparing high-quality technical and financial proposals for engineering consultancy or donor-funded projects. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Familiarity with government and multilateral procurement (World Bank, ADB, UN agencies, NHA, C&W) is advantageous.

• Analyze RFPs/EOIs and develop compliant, competitive proposal strategies;
• Draft, edit, and finalize technical and financial proposals with project teams;
• Coordinate collection of technical inputs, CVs, references, and budgets;
• Maintain proposal library and track opportunities, submissions, and outcomes.

Position: Full-time, Contract. Work location: In person.
