Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative for the afternoon shift to deliver courteous and efficient support via phone, email, and chat. Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, accurately documenting interactions, escalating complex issues, and meeting performance targets. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, basic computer proficiency, and a customer-first attitude. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
