Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily transportation and inventory activities, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective operations. You will coordinate shipments, schedule carriers, track orders, prepare shipping documentation, control stock levels, and communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams. You will also analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements to optimize service and reduce costs.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in logistics or supply chain
• Skills: Proficient with TMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Other: Able to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities; familiarity with customs and freight regulations is a plus
