Job Description
Optimal IT Solutions is seeking a dedicated, goal-driven Logo Sales Chat Specialist to join our creative team in Karachi. Working 5 PM–2 AM, you will convert inbound chats from WhatsApp, website, and social channels into logo sales by qualifying client needs, presenting package options, closing deals, and maintaining CRM records with timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proven chat-based sales experience (design/branding experience preferred)
- Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with chat tools and CRM platforms
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset
