Job Description
AV Private Limited seeks a proactive Customer Operations Executive for a full-time, in-person role in Lahore. Candidates must be local residents and no older than 25.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and accounts.
- Maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal teams, and provide timely updates following company SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage stress and multitask.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, email). Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
