Job Description
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst focused on Customer Experience to translate data into actionable insights that enhance satisfaction and retention. The role involves analyzing customer behavior, developing dashboards, monitoring NPS and churn, executing A/B tests, and partnering with CX, product, and marketing teams to recommend strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in BI or analytics
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
