Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Shipping Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound logistics, schedule carrier shipments, and coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
- Track orders and maintain inventory accuracy; prepare and verify shipping and export/import documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and ERP/WMS systems; apply strong Excel skills for reporting.
- Investigate and resolve transit issues, support continuous improvement, and implement cost-optimization initiatives.
- Qualifications: 1–3 years logistics/shipping experience, knowledge of export/import procedures, excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
