Smile Cafe is seeking a dedicated Coffee Shop Partner to oversee daily operations and uphold service excellence. The role includes supervising staff, managing inventory and basic accounting, ensuring product quality, developing marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Requirements: experience in hospitality or food service; genuine passion for specialty coffee and customer service; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; basic accounting and inventory management abilities.
- Job Type: Full-time. Salary: From Rs50,00.00 per month. Work Location: On-site.
