Job Description
We seek a professional to deliver world-class, onsite customer support in Islamabad for an international ride-hailing service. Manage inbound calls, chat, and email in Bengali; resolve issues with empathy; accurately log interactions; collaborate with cross-functional teams; and meet quality, response time, and satisfaction targets.
- Requirements: fluent Bengali (spoken/written), strong English, problem-solving skills, customer-first mindset, basic computer/CRM proficiency.
- Preferred: prior international customer support experience.
