Job Description
ABS International is seeking proactive International Customer Success Executives for in-house US operations. This hybrid role (70% support / 30% growth) involves handling inbound support, making outbound follow-ups, identifying upsell opportunities, and logging interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot. Night shift: 6:00 PM–2:00 AM, on-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13‑C.
- Requirements: fluent English with a neutral/American accent, minimum 6 months international CSR or retention experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Compensation: Base PKR 40,00–50,00 plus performance bonus up to PKR 25,00 (total potential PKR 75,00).
