Job Description
Work Work Ltd is seeking a full-time onsite Call Center Agent based in Gulberg II, Lahore. Hours: Monday–Saturday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM. Salary: Negotiable. Contract duration: 48 months.
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads to promote solar and air-source heat pump solutions.
- Convert inquiries into qualified appointments or sales, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service.
- Work independently to meet targets while collaborating with the team as needed.
Requirements: minimum 1 year of call center/telesales experience, knowledge of solar and heat pump products, strong communication and sales skills, target-driven, and proficiency in English. Immediate availability and onsite presence are required.
