Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and coach the North sales team in meeting monthly and annual targets. The role involves creating and executing regional sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with customers, distributors, and trade partners, monitoring market and competitor activity, ensuring merchandising and in-store visibility, and conducting regular market visits. The position also requires preparing accurate forecasts and reports and collaborating closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Experience: 5–7+ years in FMCG or retail sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role and an established regional market network.
