Job Description
We seek a People & Culture Specialist to cultivate an inclusive workplace and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance programs. The role requires partnering with leaders to implement culture initiatives, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement to boost retention and productivity.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HRIS and benefits administration
- Proactive approach to employee engagement, policy implementation, and performance management

- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
