Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Utility Maintenance Officer to maintain and repair building utilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. The role ensures safe, reliable operation through preventive maintenance and prompt corrective actions.
- Perform inspections, troubleshoot faults, coordinate and document repairs, and support emergency responses.
- Work with contractors and uphold safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records.
Qualifications: vocational or technical certificate in electrical or mechanical fields, minimum two years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, valid safety certifications, and a reliable, team-oriented disposition.
