Job Description
We seek a Zonal Manager, Seeds to drive seed sales and market share within a designated zone. You will lead sales and distribution teams, develop and execute growth strategies, manage budgets and inventory, and ensure product availability. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and distributors, coordinate with R&D and operations to meet quality and compliance standards, and provide coaching to achieve targets. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business, have 5+ years’ experience in seeds or agribusiness with proven leadership, and possess excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Frequent travel is required. Results-driven, customer-focused leaders who can motivate teams and deliver measurable results are encouraged to apply.
