Job Description
Meta Logix in Sahiwal is hiring an Assistant Operations Executive to support daily sourcing and operations of fresh produce. This full-time, on-site role requires managing procurement from Sahiwal Mandi and direct farmers; supervising sorting and premium packing; leading warehouse staff and delivery riders; monitoring inventory to ensure freshness and zero loss; and coordinating timely doorstep deliveries.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s (Agriculture, Food Technology, or Business preferred)
- Experience: 1–2 years in food, retail, or warehouse operations
- Skills: knowledge of Sahiwal routes, basic Excel and WhatsApp proficiency
- Attributes: honest, hardworking, available for early-morning mandi duties
