Customer Service Representative / Verifier / Self-Verifier – Night Shift (Bulk Hiring)

What You’ll Do
- Handle outbound/inbound calls professionally
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions
- Meet daily & weekly performance targets
- Follow campaign scripts and verification processes
- Maintain call quality and compliance standards
Who Can Apply
Fresh Candidates:
- No prior call center experience required
- Training will be provided
- Good English communication is a must
- Night shift availability required
Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a US-based call center preferred
- Experience on Medicare / ACA / Sales / Verification is a big plus
- No education restriction for experienced agents
