Job Description
Q Real Estate is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Pine Avenue, Lahore. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the contractual and financial dimensions of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while upholding our commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, conduct cost analysis, provide advice on procurement strategies, track design changes, negotiate contracts, and perform site visits to monitor progress.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in quantity surveying software.
