Job Description
Mughalia Food Pvt Ltd, located in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Order Taker to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders either over the phone or in person, confirming order details, coordinating with the kitchen and dispatch teams, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders via phone or in-person interactions.
- Verify and confirm order specifics.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and dispatch for timely delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum intermediate education required.
- Previous experience in order taking is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month.
