Job Description
UMER AND SONS is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager for Client Support. In this vital role, you will manage client complaints, create job orders in our ERP system, and collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of issues. Your duties will include providing accurate service information, handling inbound communications, managing inventory, and maintaining attendance records. Additionally, you will document routes and organize filing systems to enhance operational efficiency.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00, and requires on-site presence.
