Job Description
COTHM is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Operations to guide our team towards achieving academic and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills, alongside strong leadership abilities and strategic planning expertise.
Key responsibilities will encompass curriculum design, implementation, quality assurance, and digital marketing initiatives. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess 7 to 10 years of professional experience. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in NAVTTC, TEVTA, PSDF, or NGOs within the TVET sector.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
