Job Description
PromoGen is looking for a skilled and confident Sales & Customer Service Representative (Virtual Assistant) to join our Car Detailing Business based in San Diego. If you possess exceptional communication skills, a background in customer service, basic automotive knowledge, and experience with CRM tools, we invite you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and text.
- Provide detailed service information, quotes, and assist with bookings.
- Understand various vehicle types to accurately inform pricing.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Professionally represent the brand at all times.
Working Hours: Part-time, 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. (SD time), Monday to Friday.
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month.
