Job Description
Tekboox, a prominent IT company based in the United States, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing expert customer support in the healthcare sector
- Collaborating with insurance providers and their plans
- Managing patient scheduling for doctors across the US
- Demonstrating familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical billing
- Exhibiting outstanding communication and customer service skills
Qualifications: Candidates should have up to 2 years of experience (females preferred) and possess excellent English communication abilities.
Location: DHA Lahore, Night Shift from 6 PM to 3 AM, Full-time.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,00.00 to Rs 1,00,00.00.
