Job Description

Emenac Inc is currently looking for both fresh and experienced US Call Center Agents to join our international inbound and outbound campaigns in Lahore. Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria: a minimum qualification of Intermediate/O/A Levels, excellent spoken English skills with a clear accent, and a willingness to work the night shift from 8 PM to 5 AM. We seek individuals who are focused, punctual, and maintain regular attendance. Responsibilities will include handling inbound customer calls, addressing queries, as well as providing support via chat, email, and participating in sales efforts.
